Wow Terrell Stoglin, Brent Petway and Errick McCollum all-stars!! The same Errick McCollum from Goshen College!! I mean at a certain level you have to stop calling them all-stars. Greek league/D League All-stars are an oxymoron. Just call the game the top players game. I know it doesn’t have the same ring too it but Errick McCollum should never be called an “all-star” I don’t care what league he’s playing in!!
ReplyCancelI watched that game and it was almost just as high level as the NBA all star game was. Really, the NBA all star game just had a little bit more talent and that is all.
I’m being totally honest.
Americans really are incredibly arrogant and nuts with how much better they think NBA is than top European leagues. I can’t even imagine what a Euroleague all star game would look like. Considering the Greek one wasn’t that far below NBA level at all.
ReplyCancelIf you think an all-star game with Acie Law, Erick McCollum, Terrell Stoglin, Brent Petway, James Gist, Landon Milbourne, Jeremy Hunt
Stephane Lasme, William Coleman and Kyle Hines is almost as high as an NBA all-star game than I’m sure you can say the same thing about the D-league all-star game, or the Filipino league all-star game or really any league in the world’s basketball game. Hell the co-ed intramural all-star game in NYC has got to be almost the same level as the NBA-all star game, except maybe the NBA-all star game has a little bit more talent. But that’s arguable. I mean Larry from accounting is almost the same level as Lebron James.
Greece’s all star game was fairly close to NBA level. The players sort of gave up in the second half and it broke down to typical street game. But the first half was basically NBA level.
Gabe you are a FUCKING LIAR. I watched that game online just to see if the stuff you say here is true or not. You are definitely a FUCKING LIAR because the level of it was very good.
From now on I am going to know that you ARE a troll.
ReplyCancelNew York City’s urban professional co-ed basketball league all star game was fairly close to NBA level. The players sort of gave up in the second half and it broke down to typical street game. But the first half was basically NBA level. Larry from accounting was almost the same level as Lebron James he just couldn’t dunk as much or dunk at all in fact. Susie from HR was basically the same level as Kevin Durant just about two feet shorter and not as good a shooter. Lastly Diego from the mail room was pretty close to the level of Kobe Bryant just not in as good a shape.
